I advise individuals on the UK aspects of their international wealth and succession plans. My areas of practice include advising on domicile and residence status, the application of double tax treaties, pre-UK arrival planning measures, cross-border compliant Wills and the legal/tax implications of the use of trusts (both UK and non-UK trusts) and other entities (such as companies, limited partnerships, etc.) for holding personal wealth.

I have experience advising entrepreneurs, private equity principals, C-suite executives and internationally mobile families, with a focus on clients based in or with assets in the US, India, South Africa, Singapore and Dubai.

Prior to joining New Quadrant Partners, I was based in Mumbai with an international tax and legal advisory firm and was a member of the Steering Committee to set up STEP India.

I am a qualified advocate, India (non-practising), a graduate of NALSAR University of Law, India and hold a Masters in Law degree from Harvard University.
