Harriet Rawlings

I work with partners and senior associates on a range of private client matters including estate planning and preparing Wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I work with a number of families and have been involved in the establishment of structures (including trusts, family trust corporations and open-ended investment companies (OEICs)) for the protection and preservation of wealth. I have also been involved with probate and Court of Protection matters.

I have a predominantly UK client base, however, I also have experience of advising non-domiciled and non-resident individuals.

I am a student member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a French speaker.
