Relocation to Malta

Through our New Quadrant International office, based in Malta, we are able to advise individuals seeking to move to the jurisdiction and take up residence. In the past few years, we have assisted a number of individuals who have decided to leave the UK following the changes to non-dom rules and been keen to establish a European base in advance of Brexit.

We are also able to provide UK tax and legal advice to individuals and trustees resident in Malta who own UK assets.

We have strong connections with Maltese advisors and are able to facilitate introductions to trusted partners within the jurisdiction and also provide practical support to those relocating.
